A year costs the same as ten months. A limit never deletes your data or hides it. If a clinic passes one while offline, the records are accepted and the owner is told.

The clinic can get a full copy of it, images included.

On the machines you have
An old laptop or an Android phone with 2 GB of memory is enough.
Paying late never locks your files
When a subscription ends, the clinic can still search, print and get its data.

SMS credits
SMS sits outside the subscription and is bought in packages. Credits are counted in segments: an Arabic segment is 70 characters, and a longer message is split into parts of 67. A message that finally fails has its credits refunded automatically.

Billing questions
What does it cost?
Three plans in shekels, starting with Solo. Every plan has the same features, and the difference is the number of staff, devices and the room for images. The numbers are on the pricing page.
How do I pay?
In cash, by bank transfer or by mobile wallet. Our team records each payment and issues a receipt. There is no card payment in this release.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The account becomes read-only for thirty days: you can sign in, search, print and get your data, but not create new records, and devices keep sending whatever they recorded offline. Renewing within the thirty days brings everything back as it was. After that, the clinic’s data is deleted permanently, so get a copy of it first if you are not renewing.
