Terms of use
These terms govern the use of Dentr: how a subscription starts and ends, what we commit to, and what the clinic commits to. By using Dentr, the clinic accepts them.
The service
Dentr is dental clinic management software provided by subscription. A subscription covers use of the software within the plan’s limits, updates, and support during working hours.
Accounts
There is no self-signup. A clinic account is opened by our team after an access request.
Each person has their own account, and sharing passwords is not allowed; a shared machine is used with a PIN per member. The clinic admin manages the clinic’s staff accounts and devices, and removes access for anyone who leaves.
Subscription and payment
The subscription is monthly or yearly, paid in advance in cash, by bank transfer or by mobile wallet, and our team records every payment. SMS credits are bought separately and are not refundable in cash.
Plan limits
Each plan limits staff, devices and image storage. Reaching a limit stops new records of that kind being created; it never deletes or hides data that already exists.
When a subscription ends
When the subscription ends, the account becomes read-only: signing in, searching, printing and getting the clinic’s data stay available, and creating new records stops. Changes already recorded on the clinic’s devices are still accepted.
The account stays read-only for thirty days. Renewing at any point in those thirty days brings it back exactly as it was. We warn the clinic admin by email and in the app seven days and one day before the end.
If the subscription is not renewed within the thirty days, all of the clinic’s data is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered. Get a copy of your data before then if you may need it.
Availability
We target 99% server availability per month. The clinic’s daily work does not depend on it, because the screens run from the copy on the device. The server may pause briefly during an update, and devices keep queueing changes while it does.
Your data
A clinic’s data belongs to the clinic, and you can get a copy of it. While the subscription is active, records are kept with no time limit.
You can ask for your account to be deleted. We archive it first, and delete it permanently thirty days later, after its data has been exported.
The data is hosted outside Palestine, as the privacy policy explains.
Acceptable use
The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters and for telling its patients that their data is processed and that reminders are sent. The service may not be used to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, or to get into another clinic’s data.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling the clinic why. A suspended clinic’s data is kept, and devices keep their changes until the account is reactivated.
Liability
Dentr is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for a dentist’s clinical judgement. We are not liable for a clinical or financial decision taken on the basis of data the clinic entered, nor for loss caused by a shared password or a lost device.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A material change is announced in the app a reasonable time before it takes effect.
