Built for clinics in Gaza
The clinic keeps working without the internet
Register patients, book appointments and take payments on the device, with the internet or without it. When the line comes back, Dentr sends every change in order, and nothing is lost.

An ordinary day: every change reaches the server in seconds and the clinic’s other devices see it.
The internet is gone and the work carries on: the new appointment is saved on the device, marked as waiting.
The line is back: the queue goes up in order, one change at a time.
The line is back: all three changes were sent in order, with nothing duplicated and nothing lost.
From the notebook to Dentr
Most small clinics run on a notebook and a good memory, until the patient list grows. This is what changes when you move.
-
With the notebook Who owes you money? You turn the pages one by one, and some debts are simply forgotten.
With Dentr The debtors list is ready, by amount and by age of the debt, and each patient’s balance shows on their appointment card.
-
With the notebook A patient forgets the appointment, and the chair sits empty for an hour.
With Dentr A text reminder reaches the patient the day before, and another on the day, hours ahead.
-
With the notebook At closing time the cash in the drawer doesn’t match the notebook, and nobody knows where the difference went.
With Dentr The cash report works out what to expect by payment method and by who took it, and closing the day shows the gap against what you counted.
-
With the notebook The penicillin allergy is written in the corner of a page nobody reads.
With Dentr Any allergy or chronic condition shows as a red badge on the file, the appointment card and the prescription screen.
-
With the notebook The treatment plan lives in the dentist’s head, and the patient forgets what you agreed and what it costs.
With Dentr A printed treatment plan with its prices. The patient picks what fits, and it becomes an invoice without being typed again.
-
With the notebook A number in the notebook was changed, and nobody knows who changed it.
With Dentr Every payment and invoice carries the name of whoever recorded it, and the audit log shows who changed what, and when.
Text reminders are optional, and paid from the clinic’s own message credit.
A screen for each person in the clinic
The roles are fixed, and they stack: a solo dentist holds all four, and a clinic that grows spreads them across its staff without moving any data.
Reception
- Register a patient from the name alone in seconds, with a warning for likely duplicates
- The today board: appointments, the walk-in queue, and how long each person has waited
- Book, reschedule and cancel with a reason, with a warning when a dentist’s time clashes
- Take a payment and print the receipt on A5 or 80 mm paper
Dentist
- An FDI tooth chart — permanent, primary or mixed — with a history for every tooth
- A visit holding the complaint, the clinical notes, the diagnosis and the procedures
- A priced treatment plan the patient chooses from according to their budget
- A prescription that prints in Arabic, with a warning when a drug meets a recorded allergy
Accountant
- An invoice from every visit, locked on issue so it cannot be edited quietly
- Partial payments and patient credit, and a debtors list with aging buckets
- Installments with amounts and due dates, and an alert for anything overdue
- The daily cash report, and a day close against the counted cash
Clinic owner
- Fixed roles and permissions, and a PIN lock on the shared front-desk PC
- Every device and its last sync, each one revocable
- A service and price list, and stock kept as movements that are never erased
- Income reports and an audit log that shows who changed what, and when
Why Dentr is built this way
A clinic in Gaza is not facing one software problem but three facts about the world around it. Every decision in Dentr answers one of them.
The internet goes down
Outages are repeated, and some of them last days. Software that reads from a server stops with the network, reception goes back to paper, and half the next day goes into typing it all in again.
Dentr reads and writes from a full copy on the device itself.
The power cuts without warning
A generator or a solar panel, and a machine that can die halfway through recording a payment.
A change is on disk before the app says “done”.
The link is slow and expensive
The machines are old and the data is counted in megabytes.
A small bundle, deltas only, and nothing fetched from anyone else’s servers.
From a tooth to an invoice
Choose a tooth to follow one piece of work from the chart into the treatment plan and on to a line on the invoice. This is an illustration, with real FDI numbering.
The letter above a tooth is its condition code; colour alone never carries meaning.

How you start
Dentr runs in the browser on the machines the clinic already has, and we do the setup with you.
-
Send the request
Your name, your phone and the clinic’s name. It takes a minute.
-
We call you
We learn how the clinic works and how many machines it has, then open the account and send the owner a temporary password.
-
You start working
In the first session we enter your services, prices and working hours with you. From then on, the clinic runs on Dentr.
One subscription, no surprises
Three plans in shekels, paid in cash, by bank transfer or by mobile wallet. A year costs the same as ten months.

Every plan has the same features: patients, the chart, visits, appointments, invoices, stock and reports. What changes is how many staff, how many devices and how much room for images.
Compare the plans and limitsYour data stays yours
The clinic can get a full copy of it, images included.
A backup every night
To off-site storage, on top of the host’s own copies.
On the machines you have
An old laptop or an Android phone with 2 GB of memory is enough.
Paying late never locks your files
When a subscription ends, the clinic can still search, print and get its data.
The questions people ask before deciding
All the questionsDoes it really work with no internet?
Yes, once a device has signed in for the first time. The clinic’s data is copied onto the device and read from there, and every change is saved locally in a send queue. The target is fourteen full days offline. What still needs a connection: settings, the price list, staff management, the audit log and long-range reports.
Who owns the patient data?
The clinic. We process it on the clinic’s behalf and use it for nothing else. A clinic can get a copy of all of its data, and ask for it to be deleted.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The account becomes read-only for thirty days: you can sign in, search, print and get your data, but not create new records, and devices keep sending whatever they recorded offline. Renewing within the thirty days brings everything back as it was. After that, the clinic’s data is deleted permanently, so get a copy of it first if you are not renewing.
We have years of paper files. Do we type them all in?
We would advise against it. Start with the patients who actually come: register each one at their first visit after you go live, and enter their chart and plan then. The old files stay where they are, as a reference.
How long does the team need to learn it?
The screens are built to be used fast all day: registering a new patient and booking them in takes under a minute, and recording a visit with two procedures under ninety seconds. We set up the prices and working hours with you in the first session, and the clinic starts the same day.
It starts with a short call
Send the request and we will call you, work out the size of your clinic, open the account and set up your price list together. No card, and no self-signup.
